Glow Up Coaching Session Policies
Scheduling & Payment:
- A standard 1:1 session is 1 hour.
- All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking via Shopify checkout to secure your scheduled slot.
- Upon payment, you'll receive immediate access to my scheduling calendar through Calendly to book your session(s). If you don't see a convenient time available, please contact me directly to arrange an alternative.
Rescheduling:
- Life happens—I get it! You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- If you need to cancel your session entirely, please provide at least 72 hours notice for a full refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
- No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Session Expiration:
- All coaching packages must be used within 90 days of purchase, unless otherwise arranged.
Confidentiality & Professionalism:
- Your sessions are entirely confidential and will be conducted with the utmost professionalism and discretion. It's just me and you, girl.
- My goal is always to create a safe space to help you achieve your professional goals. I might share some hard, direct truths - but they will stay between us.
Late Arrival:
- If you’re running late, please notify me immediately.
- Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect both our schedules and commitments.
Intake Form:
- Completing your intake form at least 24 hours before your session helps ensure we maximize our session time. If not completed, we may need to use session time for intake, reducing your coaching time.
By scheduling and purchasing sessions, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
